Here I will try to explain the basic principles of working with Mas Emailer 3.0 .
This application uses external mail server to work like gmail, hotmal, yahoomail,
or something_else mail (eg. my_email@my_email.com)
First , before you send ANY email, you MUST setup your account and connection.
Place for these settings is seccond tab ' Settings' and 'General settings'.
Please enter your information carefully, and details of your external Email server
Then press button ' TEST' , and wait for validation
If all is well, you will get a new 'test' email in your inbox, otherwise you will get an error
and description of the same.
When you are finished press the 'Save' button.
You are now ready to send email's.
ERROR HANDLER
Is an attempt to prevent the most common errors that occur whensending e-mails.
Button: 'See errors' -> in this version don't work
Button:'Domains' -> Will load ALL domain names from loaded list. now you can do several action.
Button:'Del Sel' -> here you can DELETE selected domain names from list.
Button:'Del Ext' -> This is interesting tool.Let see... When you send Email from external Email
server, all errors ( eg. unexisting Email address, you are on black list or similar) you can see in your inbox.
Normal, your job is manual deleting these addresses from your loaded list. But NO anymore...
Now, you can copy/paste these BAD addreses on some TXT file (one after another), at end
Save this txt file.
Now press 'Sel Ext' button, load this SAVED file with bad Email addresses, and all addresses from
this BAD list will be automatically deleted from your Email list.
This is a much better way than to manually delete from the list bad email address, one by one.
Button: 'Rep Sel' -> Means, that you can semi-auto repair selected domain names.
If you click on LOGO ZmajSoft, you will be redirect to UPDATE page of Mass Emailer.
Now let see how to send our Email's
First of all you need some Email addresses where you will send your Email messages...
You have several ways to do that.
Button: ' Add to' ->is Way to add new Email addresses to list (Manual Enter Email addresses or from saved list)
Button:'Save list' --> will save your existing list
Button:'Search' --> is way to SEARCH some Addresses and to EDIT founded addresses.
Button:'Clear' --> will CLEAR your existing list.
Button:'Delete ext' -- do Exactly same as Button 'Del Ext' from Setting tab.
How to LOAD addresses ????
Here we have 3 ways to do that job
1: Load from saved LST base ( lst is internal database file) -> Button 'Load lst'
2:Load from saved TXT base
3:EXTRACT and LOAD Email addresses from Internet page or saved ANY txt based File.
( html, xml. hml. txt, etc etc.).
This is NEW and VERY usefull option.
How to Write message???
You have several option, BUt first at all is to Enter Subject of message.
Now you can:
To write simple text message in internal editor. When you finish, press button 'IntTxtMsg' to load current message.
To load before saved TXT message, press Button 'ExtTxtMsg'
To load before saved HTML message press button 'Html msg'
I must say something about HTML message.
To embed a picture in this message, please put in message picture from internet.
That means, Upload your desired picture on some NET place, and call them from there.
This will garantie fast delivery, and small emails.
Gmail for example will not display pictures if we embed pictures in another way.
Attachments
If you need to add attachment press Button 'Add Attachment'.
you can add ONLY ONE attachment in this version.
To delete added attachment, press button ' Remove attachment'
If you are FINISH all ( you have sucessful TEST, you have loaded Email addresses and message for sending)
PRESS button ---> 'SEND EMAIL/s'
If you find some addresses in loaded list, and you wont send Email to particulary address, just check desired address.
